This Easter, Henley transforms into a playful patchwork of trails, treats, theatre, and family fun – perfect for locals and visitors alike. Wondering what to do over Easter in Henley? We have the answer….
The Great Henley Easter Bunny Trail
From Friday 27th March to Sunday 5th April, the town centre becomes a treasure map of hidden delights during the 2026 Henley Easter Bunny Trail. Independent shops including Asquiths Bearpawium and Gorvett & Stone hide bunnies in their windows, each holding a secret letter.
Pick up your trail map from Asquiths on Hart Street (near the Church), then set off on a family friendly adventure through Henleyโs charming streets. Once youโve spotted all the hidden bunnies and uncovered the mystery word, return your completed form to Asquiths for the chance to win a delicious Easter egg from Gorvett & Stone. Itโs a joyful way to explore the town while supporting its much-loved independent retailers.
Adventure Awaits Outdoors
Just beyond the town centre, the grounds of Greys Court invite explorers to embark on their โEaster Adventuresโ trail. Running daily from 21st March to 12th April, itโs a gentle journey through nature, with activities designed to delight curious young minds.
Meanwhile, at Stonor Park, the magical world of Tumblestone Hollow comes alive with storytelling, crafts, and whimsical trails. From 28th March to 12th April, children can lose themselves in imagination while parents soak in the beauty of the historic estate.
And for those ready to add a little friendly competition to their Easter plans, Henley Adventure Golf reopens for the summer season from 27th March. With its creative course and riverside charm, itโs a must-visit. Open 10am to 5pm 7 days a week throughout the summer (weather dependent).
Theatre, Magic & Imagination
The stage lights up at the historic Kenton Theatre, where stories leap to life. From 1stโ4th April, Seussical brings beloved characters from Dr. Seussโs world to the stage in a vibrant musical adventure. Later, science and magic collide in โTop Secret: The Magic of Scienceโ on 11th April, before the timeless tale of Sleeping Beauty enchants audiences on 12th April.
Unique Easter Experiences
For something truly special, step aboard Hobbs of Henley for an Easter Sunday Lunch Cruise on 5th April. Drifting along the Thames aboard The Waterman, guests can enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the serene riverside views; a peaceful contrast to the lively buzz of town.
Or join The Great Mystery Easter Trail on Good Friday, April 3, 2026: Hosted by Trinity Church Henley, this event features a “Golden Egg” that participants can find for a special prize, along with other goodies
From bunny-filled shop windows to riverside cruises, woodland trails to chocolatey rewards, Easter in Henley is not to be missed.
