Henley by Bus
From Oxford take the River Rapids X39 or X40 to Henley via Wallingford.
From Reading or High Wycombe take the Arriva 800 or 850 service to Henley or Carousel X80.
From Maidenhead take the Courtney Buses 239 service to Henley.
Centrally located bus stops for services listed above are either in Hart Street close to Barclays Bank or in Bell Street close to Boots.
Local bus service 151,152,153 operating around the town works on a hail and wave basis. Just give the driver a wave and he will stop on request where it is safe to do so.
Henley by Car
The town is only 30 miles from central London and a short drive from Windsor, Reading and Oxford. It is easily accessible from the M4, M40, A4130 and A4155.
Visitor and long term parking is all located just a short walk from the town centre and river.
1. Henley Station: Sat Nav RG9 1AY; 302 Spaces
Henley’s largest car park convenient for the river and a short walk from the town centre.
Walking to the river and town centre: From the car park entrance turn right onto Station Rd you will see the river in front of you. For the town centre follow the river around to the left towards Henley Bridge and turn left into Hart St. at the crossroads. Alternatively turn left at the main entrance to the car park, walk 2 minutes along Station Rd then turn right into Reading Rd.
The town centre is a 5 minute walk.
2. Mill Meadows: Sat Nav RG9 1BE; 129 spaces

Walking to the river and town centre: The car park is adjacent to Mill Meadows alongside the River Thames. To find the town centre follow the towpath towards Henley Bridge and turn left into Hart Street when you reach the crossroads. Alternatively turn left at the main entrance to the car park, walk 2 minutes along Station Rd then turn right into Reading Rd.
The town centre is a 5 minute walk.
3. Dry Leas/Henley Rugby Club: Sat Nav RG9 2JN; 110 spaces
The most convenient car park if approaching Henley from the Oxford (A4130) or Marlow (A4155) directions.
Walking to the river and town centre: From the car park entrance turn right. Cross the zebra crossing onto Bell St. Pass the cottages on the left until you reach the corner with New St. (You will be facing Asquiths teddy bear shop). Turn left onto New St. to reach the river or cross the road and continue on Bell St. into the town centre.
4. Southfields/Goodall Close: Sat Nav RG9 2AN; 55 spaces
The closest long term car park to the town centre.
Walking to the river and town centre: From the car park entrance walk along Goodall Close to Greys Rd. Turn left onto Greys Rd. The main shopping streets are located at the bottom of Greys Rd. For the river cross over the cross roads when you reach the bottom of Greys Rd. and continue into Friday St. The riverside is at the bottom of Friday St where you will see the bridge on your left and find parks and facilities on your right.
Coach Parking: Sat Nav RG9 1AY; 10 Spaces
Spaces for coaches are available at the Henley Station car park. There is a drop-off point at the bus stop in Hart Street close to Barclays Bank.
Henley by Boat
Temporary moorings are available in Henley at Mill Meadows on a first come first served basis. These are the moorings closest to the Town Centre and facilities. For more information visit the Henley Town Council website www.henleytowncouncil.gov.uk/services/moorings

Henley by Train
There are regular Great Western Railway branch line services from Twyford with connections from Reading and London Paddington.
Walking to the river and town centre from the station entrance proceed to Station Rd you will see the river in front of you. For the town centre follow the river around to the left towards Henley Bridge and turn left into Hart St. at the crossroads. Alternatively turn left on Station Rd, walk 2 minutes towards the crossroads then turn right into Reading Rd. The town centre is a 5 minute walk.
